The "Hits" column in the table contains the count of times the file was completely downloaded; the "206 Hits" column contains the count of attempted downloads that were not completed either due to technical difficulties or being cancelled by the user.
The count of eNews PDF downloads (1,295 complete and partial downloads) is slightly more than the views of the eNews Index shown in the "Most Popular User Interaction Web Pages" table on the Web Site Overview page (950) and likely reflects our sending the direct link to the PDF file in our monthly eNews alert email.
